<p class=MsoNormal> Hi
there,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>We recently purchased a UC 520 router and 7-8 phones. We
have setup a SIP trunk to a VoIP provider and are having mixed results getting
everything to work.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>We can call into our phone number from outside and the AA
answers. If we provide a phone number to an internal extension the call
connects and rings (even using IP Communicator, which is cool by the way).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The problem is, no audio (except for some reason touch
tones) will go through the call.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I.e. if I push 5 on the phone on either side, I can hear it
on the other end, but if I talk there is absolutely no audio what-so-ever.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The second problem is, no matter what we do we cannot
initiate calls outside. We used CCA to set it up and told it to use 9 for our
outgoing calls.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>We push 9 then dial, and it just says ‘unknown number’
on the phone.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>From what I can tell everything is setup okay in the CLI, it
is just very odd.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The other thing I am trying to figure out is why the CUE
cannot connect to the CME, it seems like maybe the CME isn’t running on
the UC520. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Is there something I need to do to enable the CME?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I notice when I browse the <a
href="http://ipaddress/ccme.html">http://ipaddress/ccme.html</a> it returns a
blank page, so I’m not entirely sure what is up with that.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>But aside from these few issues I’m very impressed
with everything.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Does anyone have any tips?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Thanks,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>-Drew<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
