the aa number) the CUE vm number.

So a user is out on the road and wants to check their
voicemail.

This seems easy enough. I assumed a user could simply specify
the extension of the voicemail system, then if they are not coming from an
internal extension it would ask for their extension and PIN number. For some
reason when I try to reach my ‘CUE’ extensions from the auto attendant it
indicates that they are invalid.

Does anyone know if there is something I need to enable in
order for this to work? I’ve tried all sorts of wonkery from creating a new
extension that forwards to the VM CUE, etc.
