<div dir="ltr">Hi all,<br><br>IPCC Express 4.x<br><br>The problem is that the customer has changed their IP address through the Cisco procedure that was provided to them, however<br><br>When they download the CDA and install it, the LDAP Host 1 in the registry is showing the old IP address. Which means they cannot log in..<br>
<br>If you attempt to change the LDAP Host 1 IP once installed the CDA automatically changes it once it connects to the server (I assume that is downloads the new registry word?) <br><br>Unless I'm not understanding by what the customer is saying, but from my knowledge the LDAP Host 1 should be pointing to the CCM DC Directory (DCD has been confirmed).<br>
<br>I've managed to put a bandaid on by changing the LDAP Host 2 to point to the new IPCC Express IP Address, this works fine.<br><br>I guess my underlying question is:<br><br>Where does the LDAP Host 1 IP address come from when starting up the CDA?<br>
