<p class=MsoNormal>Guys,<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Unity 4.2(1), CUCM 4.2(3) – I’ve searched on CCO
and on the Cisco-voip archives, tried all the suggestions and can’t find
a solution. I have a subscriber in Unity that cannot be accessed using the
dial-by-name directory. The system says – “no matching names, try a
different spelling”. The voice mail account is fully setup and
functioning properly. The user has recorded her name and her profile is checked
to be listed in the directory. She is listed in active directory. I’ve
done a replication on Changed Directory Objects. dBWalker didn’t find any
errors.<o:p></o:p></p>
