Look under the support link and drill down to the installation/upgrade docs for Unified Communications Manager. Another good resource is the SRND for callmanager 6 (<a href="http://www.cisco.com/go/srnd">www.cisco.com/go/srnd</a> I think)<br>
<br>Also might be of assistance is <a href="http://www.ciscoknowledgenetwork.com">www.ciscoknowledgenetwork.com</a>. there are some great, free, presentations on various topics about CCM6<br><br>definitely want to look over the AD integration, I haven't had to mess with it myself but from your list there I think that is the item that has changed the most.<br>
