<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi Guys,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Anyone come across this?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>With this version of CSA (headless) activated on the publisher...</div>
<div> </div>
<div>My publisher Snapshot agent fails..</div>
<div>In the event log you can see the error that it cannot create the snapshot</div>
<div>In the CSA log you can see it denying access</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Notice,"The process 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\COM\snapshot.exe' (as user MYCCMPUB\SQLSvc) attempted to access a resource which resulted in the user being asked the following question. 'The process C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\COM\snapshot.exe is attempting to modify C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\ReplData\unc\MYCCMPUB_Ccm0300_Ccm0300\20081019003000. Do you wish to allow this?' The user was queried and a 'No' response was received. The response was the default taken after a timeout."<br>
</div>
<div>If I load up DBLHelper, my smiley on the pub is red, the rest are green.. it tells me 1 job failed (the snapshot agent)</div>
<div> </div>
<div>If I disable CSA - restart the snapshot agent, it runs, and everything goes back to normal.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Anyone seen this before?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Cheers,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Tim</div></div>
