<div dir="ltr">One other item I ran into with this was a Bug <span><span><span><pre><span>CSCsi72159</span></pre></span></span></span>in CCM 5.x with regard to the fixed MOH device. Basically when the server reboots it messes up the permissions on the /dev/dsp device on the OS and your fixed MOH stream is basically silence... you get UDP packets but they are empty. To fix this requires TAC to get root on your MOH server and chmod the permissions back to what they are supposed to be. This problem can potentially happen every time you reboot the MOH server for whatever reason.<br>
