IIRC you get an "Upgrade" license file using the PAK on your upgrade kit. Load the upgrade license, then load your UCCX 4 license files.<br><br>I had a specific issue with it recognizing my "warm standby" feature this way though. Cisco ended up making me a totally new license file. I really had to raise heck about it though to make it happen, I don't think cisco licensing understood what the problem was at first.<br>
