Whether we did the right thing or not we have setup and are
beginning to use Microsofts Uniffied Messaging server for our VoiceMail
system. (the good and bad of being part of the provincial government and
Microsoft alliances) We are still in the trial and testing phase and I
was wondering if anyone else is using the same software for VoiceMail.
The system works well but there are a couple of features that I would like to
look at. First is the ’Play on Phone’ button that you get
when you receive a VoiceMail indication in your Outlook Inbox. How do you
configure the UM and Cisco sides so that will work? Second MWI I know
does not work as Microsoft does not look at that functionality. Is there
a work around or is it third party software and which is the best?
