handlers. We do use Exchange for all our voicemail, and it seems to get the job
done for us (other than calls that were CFA don’t go to the expected mail
box). We went with MWI2000 to get the light to work, although I’ve seen
at least one other product that offers the same thing. To get play on phone to
work make sure you have an inbound calling search space configured for the
trunk and select redirecting diversion header delivery - inbound.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
