Have you turned off SG3 support? Essentially you have to put their max speed to 14,400 and turn off error correction. data devices? I’ve got a couple of fax machines and modems using VG224
and ATA186 devices and I’m still having issues with them. I’ve
gone through TAC and set up the adapters and my voice gateways to match their
fax/modem recommendations, but I still have intermittent issues (faxes failing,
modems not sending the full info, etc.)</span></font></p>
