<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=NL><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Hello all – I’m new to the list and administration of a CCM.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I am running Windows XP SP3. I did a fresh
installation of windows and installed:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Office 2007 SP1<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>IE7<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Adobe<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Other Miscellaneous Programs (should have no effect on
telephony).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Then I installed Cisco TSP and Cisco IP Communicator.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>At first, the Cisco TSP was working, I could dial from
Outlook. Now, however, I cannot.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I can see the Cisco TSP in Phone & Modem settings, but
the configure button is grayed out.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I have tried uninstall and reinstall with no luck.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>IP communicator is working fine.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>It is not a server issue; both programs run fine from
another machine.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Does anyone have any suggestions or even a starting
point? All troubleshooting advice I find advises to open the program and
set the Trace level higher, but I cannot get that far.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Any help is appreciated!<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Thank you,<o:p></o:p></p>
