<P class=MsoNormal>Hello all – I’m new to the list and administration of a

<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>I am running Windows XP SP3. I did a fresh installation

<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Office 2007 SP1<o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Then I installed Cisco TSP and Cisco IP

<P class=MsoNormal>At first, the Cisco TSP was working, I could dial from

<P class=MsoNormal>I can see the Cisco TSP in Phone & Modem settings, but
the configure button is grayed out.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>I have tried uninstall and reinstall with no

<P class=MsoNormal>IP communicator is working fine.<o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoNormal>It is not a server issue; both programs run fine from another

<P class=MsoNormal>Does anyone have any suggestions or even a starting
