working at all. Whenever I’ve seen this issue previously, it has either been a
Windows permission issue (solved by reinstalling the TSP with local admin
rights), or because the Telephony service itself isn’t started. Sorry – other than

<p class=MsoNormal>Then I installed Cisco TSP and Cisco IP Communicator.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>At first, the Cisco TSP was working, I could dial from
Outlook. Now, however, I cannot.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>I can see the Cisco TSP in Phone & Modem settings, but
the configure button is grayed out.<o:p></o:p></p>

point? All troubleshooting advice I find advises to open the program and
set the Trace level higher, but I cannot get that far.<o:p></o:p></p>
