<DIV>We are moving to new hardware and CM 6.12 tomorrow night. So
that we could use the data migration utility, we upgraded last night from 4.01
to 4.02 on our existing hardware. We've since discovered two issues:</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>1. Secretaries have shared lines with their attorney's extensions and
can no longer see when the attorney is on the phone.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>2. On the 7960 phones, users can no longer dial *, the number and
then select New Call.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>How best to resolve?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thanks!</DIV></BODY></HTML>
