various complementary applications that cannot be purchased from the Cisco
price list – such as a redundant server, reporting/”Supervisor”
module, Voice Messaging plugin etc<o:p></o:p></span></p>

recommendation is to contact either Arc Solutions directly, or an Arc certified

there is a new version of ARC console v5 which is recently added by Cisco in
their price list.<br>
look for a ARC product called "solution plus"<br>
