hello group !<br><br>I'm trying to configure a CUE 3 with a CUCM 6.<br>I created :<br> - CTI route point<br> - 24 CTI Ports<br> - A jtapi user associated with the CTR route point and the CTI ports<br><br>My CUE see all the CTI ports and they are associated with the CUE.<br>
My problem is the CTI route point is still in unknown state.<br>I try to reset it, to reboot the CUCM nothing change...<br><br>If someone has and idea ?<br><br>Thanks you very much.<br>Nicolas<br>
