It is probably SMTP, I had to make some ACL changes here to get that working - we have a number of restrictions on SMTP i discovered.<br><br>Also for some reports it uses the Mail ID in your CCM end user account so make sure that is correct.<br>

I am running CCM 5.1. I was able to add my user account to run CDR reports and got a "usable" report but am not able to successfully email the report out.<br>
