I've been unable to duplicate this with
my 7970 phone. I setup a test phone using a 7941 and I'm still unable
to recreate losing the call history on the phone.
I've reset and unplugged power from
the phone but the history remains. I'm glad that the history is still
there but I still don't know why one of my users is losing his phone history
every 2-3 weeks. The user says that its happening sometime on a weekend.
We upgraded to v6.1.2 on July 5th and its been running stable since.
I believe that information is deleted if the phone is
reset. You might look at the possibility that the phone is losing power
