Hello !<br><br>I just didi it last week :)<br>you have to configure <br>- a CTI route point on the callmanager, <br>- some CTI ports on the callmanger (with DN)<br>- a jtapi user with CTI enable on the call manager<br>- associtate all together on the call manger<br>
