<div>We are using NM modules (NM-16ESW) at some of our small branch locations. It looks like the new conference phone models 7937 do not work with these. When plugged in there is no indication of power being sent to the device. Wondering if anyone has gotten a 7937 to work on a NM mod or has any compatibility info?</div>

<div>One of my colleagues said he believes that the NM-16ESW only supports pre-standard PoE, while the 7937 is af-only. He suggests the NME-16ES-1G-P (which is only compatible with ISR routers), or one of the HWICs (4-port or 9-port) for af power.</div>
