hold on the person's phone that picked the call up and restrict others

from picking the call up from another phone. The problem is that
when a <br>
person answers a call and places them on hold, another call comes in and

instead of scrolling down to the call to pick up, they just press the <br>
flashing button and answer the phone but the caller is actually the one
<br>
that was originally placed on hold, not the new caller. <br>
<br>
Any known options out there to help?<br>
