Hi Mate, <br><br><br>Have you consider using a xlation pattern instead of cti-rp?<br><br>lets take an example;<br><br>lets say press1 in unity gets out of unity box to cucm for 4444 DN and there is a xlation pattern<br>Since there is no DN/cTI-rp in cucm, you<br>
1. create a xlation pattern&nbsp; 4444 and then xlate it to 5555 <br>where 5555 = your hunt pilot. <br>when call goes to huntlist (5555-phone1, 5555-phone2), they should b eable to see the pilot number as a ANI.<br><br>try either on hp level twicks or xlation level.<br>
