made. It’s a little scary as it basically re-initiates the installation
script. However, nothing is actually change and all your settings remain, but

1) Go to Start, run, type 'cet' on the UCCX Server. This will launch the
Configuration Object Editor. <br>

2) Browse to: com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig in the left hand

3) Right click the row on the right and hit modify. Then select the
'com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig' tab. <br>

4) Change the setup state to: FRESH_INSTALL and hit OK <br>

<p class=MsoNormal>we are trying to access the crs administration page.
The CM users account that was used to access the page is up for deletion.
And i think that recreating the AD account will not work. Do anybody know the
work around to get back into the crs application.<br clear=all>
