Scott - Unity and MGCP gateways have not always gotten along for jitter
or dejitter buffers. Are you certain the users are dialing directly to
Unity for all IP call or are they dialing out and back in?<br>

Probably a network/gateway hicup during the initial recording. If you<br>
don't, but you still hear the problem when you call in, it is time to<br>
bust out the packet captures.<br>
