The error code actually already explains what you have to do:<br>
You published the service to the phone, but the RMJTAPI userid has no rights on
the phone/SEP.<br>
You therefore have to alter the permissions of the rmjtapi user, and give it
controller to the desired hardphone (or multiple in case you use extension
mobility)<br>
