My suggestion - take a look at the AXL-SQL toolkit to run the SQL queries you want via AXL - works perfectly from what we're using it for.

-matt

On Tue, Nov 25, 2008 at 4:14 PM, Dennis Heim <Dennis.Heim@cdw.com> wrote:

Hi

We upgraded to CUCM 6.1.2 and we would like to be able to
hit against the Informix database for custom reports. Is there a way to
make this happen? I know of Cisco's stance that the root is locked
only for TAC to access. However, this appears a bit restrictive, since
the Cisco reports are somewhat poor when it
comes to meeting the needs of the customer.

Thanks for your help on this need for my customer.
