<P class=MsoNormal>We upgraded to CUCM 6.1.2 and we would like to be able to hit
against the Informix database for custom reports. Is there a way to make
this happen? I know of Cisco’s stance that the root is locked only
for TAC to access. However, this appears a bit restrictive, since the
Cisco reports <SPAN style="COLOR: #1f497d">are </SPAN>somewhat poor when it
comes to meeting the needs of the customer.<o:p></o:p></P>
