</div>

<p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;</p>

<p class=MsoNormal>We are in the process of upgrading a customer that has an
existing ccm 3.3.4 deployment. Due to the nature of the old hardware and other
issues the call has been made to bypass the DMA phase, Cisco created the
licenses for the Devices as if in a new deployment, this part is ok. The issue
comes in the fact that the phones currently in service are running old firmware
from the 3.3.4 code of ccm. I am 98% sure that there is a need to move the
phones to an intermediate load as they will probably fail to jump from such an
old fw to the recent versions of fw code within 6.1 If anyone has done and
upgrade such as this and can shed some info it will be greatly appreciated. </p>
