Odd to me that these all report too soft and you are reporting too
loud. That said, you are using 62 while these are against 7960 and
7961. However, 7961 and 7962 are in same family so I would expect
similar behavior.<br>
<br>
Try loads before/after those mentioned above as there is a bit of
perception involved here. Then open a TAC case, state your impression,
phone model, phone load, and reference the above starting points.<br>

sidetone. The headset has the dial set to B which should be the option

headset jack on the phone. Is there any tweaks we can do on CUCM to
reduce sidetone. Or any other suggestions?</font></div>
