Within CUCM, when you use Call Forward All, the phone is never even notified that a call was sent to the DN so currently, there is no way to know when calls are diverted due to CFA. Perhaps some Unity feature could be used to notify the user when a call hits the VM box? (Sorry, I am not a Unity guy)<BR>

This would be a new feature enhancement.<BR>

if you have your Phone forwarded to VM is there a way to have the missed call show up in missed calls? CM 6.1.2<BR>
