Can someone please point me to the procedures on how to load phone firmware
files on UCM 6.1? I know how to import tftp files on to the server but I need to
know how to extract the firmwares from the cop.sgn file. All I have found so far
is a page on CCO that says to "run the upgrade" but it does not give deatils on
how to do this.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
