You don’t extract the cop.sgn file. You install it from the OS Admin pages under “Software Upgrades – Install/Upgrade”. The installation process extracts and places the file in the all the appropriate places. You will need to run the install on each TFTP server and restart the TFTP service following the install, but that is just about it.<BR>

I know how to import tftp files on to the server but I need to know how to extract the firmwares from the cop.sgn file. All I have found so far is a page on CCO that says to "run the upgrade" but it does not give deatils on how to do this.<BR>
