RTMT can show PRI channel status etc for MGCP gateways, I don't believe it would do the same for H.323. What'sUP might be able to work more with an H.323 gateway via SNMP, but i'm not familiar with what MIBs are avialable for T1 monitoring.<br>

If you're specifically just looking for just up/down notifications for<br>
servers/hosts, we use an app called WhatsUp that does this pretty well<br>
and can also do some snmp stuff as well. I realize you're asking about<br>
a service though so may not fit the bill. Combined with rtmt you can<br>
get some decent alerting.<br>
