dates are currently stating their end date of when they actually ended. I am
currently running 5.0.1. It could be a bug in that version. Besides contacting
TAC, I don’t have any suggestions. Unity is my weakest point in the call center

noticed that when I look at the greetings tab (on the subscriber admin page),
the end date (although disabled) on my test mailbox is January 1, 1970. I
find it hard to believe that no one has ever had any issues with alternate
greetings not de-activating on time. Any suggestions would be greatly
