Anyone using 3911's? I've got a regional that is trying to deploy 10 or so sets.. they register with UCM 6.1 OK but the guys on-site are telling me none of the handsets work. I don't see any parameters on the admin pages for activating/deactivating handsets, and they swear they are plugging them in correctly, anyone else run into this? I'm afraid i'm missing something blindingly obvious.<br>
<br>I told them to look at the on-screen menu and see if it's disabled somehow on the device - I don't have any 3911's handy where I'm located to even know what the menu's look like myself though. Also told them to try and swap a handset cord with a known-working phone.<br clear="all">
