Q: I need to turn the XML output from the CGI/Screenshot URL hosted by a 1st-gen phone into an Image. I know I need the developer SDK to do this, but I’m having an issue finding it buried in the new Folder-ized Software Delivery System on CCO. A search in there for “sdk” brings up nothing.

A: ...Since I found it before sending this I’ve turned this email into a Q/A email and am posting the answer to my own question for anyone else who winds up looking =)
1. Visit http://www.cisco.com/go/developersupport
2. Click the “getting started Link”
3. click “1 – developer supported products”
4. The SDK is under the first drop-down – Unified Communications Applications
5. Read the link that tells you this page is old and click on the new link you wish you knew about in the first place - http://developer.cisco.com/web/ipps
6. wait until just before your browser’s page load timer expires. Once the page loads, click the “resources” link.
7. You should see the IP Phone Services SDK .zip file
8. Install the exe in the ZIP file. You probably can click “ignore” on the install-time error about IIS, if you’re just grabing the SDK for XML to gif/png/cip conversion. Otherwise, install the SDK on a machine that actually has IIS installed on it.
