<div dir="ltr">Dear,<br><br>I am administering a production system of IPCC 5.0(2). I have installed CRS historical reporting client from the tools menu of the CRS appadmin page.<br>I was able to run various reports using the client. But as of today I couldn&#39;t connect to the server through the CRS historical reporting client. It will ask me for user name and password and it will report an error which I attached the screen shot of . All other services are working fine on the CRS server. How can I solve this problem?<br>
