took the UCCXD class about 3 weeks ago. One of the labs was to take
the caller ID and then use macros to automate the keystrokes to get
into Excel and do a Find on a customer database. It was pretty easy,
you just put the data in an enterprise field in your script, then
create the macro in desktop administrator and assign it to the ringing
event.<br>
