If RTMT won't let you get the files then the 'file get' command from the CLI will. For CCM traces it would be 'file get inactivelog cm/trace/ccm/* recurs'. The 'recurs' field makes it traverse subdirectories so you'll get SDI and SDL traces (all of them) in one shot.
