<div>we have 4 hour our our CMM blade and when we first got it we had the 6 port PRI Card fail. Got the first replacement part NBD and then it was DOA and on the next one a day 1/2 later. I was not a very happy camper. the good news is we were not yet in production.</div>

Do you usually get the replacement stuff within four hours? We are looking at a short term solution (PIMG) and would rather not have to buy an additional unit for redundancy.
