I'm having a problem running User Reports. Some users
are able to view their call billing and others receive 0's. When generating
a new report in Department Bills about half of the users come back with
information and the other half just comes back with 0's. I have checked
CUCM Enterprise and System Parameters, individual End User setup, individual device
setup, and CAR System Parameters. I am missing something but cannot figure
it out. Not sure why half the users are receiving data and the other half
is not…or why CDR is not pulling data for half the devices.
