followed the tests in the Cisco AXL Troubleshooting Guide and on the Unity
server I created a testaxl.htm that confirms Unity has HTTP connectivity to the
AXL server, that the AXL<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Estrangelo Edessa";color:#1F497D'>user
credentials are valid, and that the AXL service is running. I then opened the
AXL Trace Logs from C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\AXL and can see the </span><span
style='font-family:"Estrangelo Edessa"'>SelectCmDevice returned thousands of
phones to Unity. I then ran Network Monitor on the Unity server with a
capture filter for the SOAP AXL traffic. I can see the http request and
the return response to Unity including a final http 200 ok to Unity. I
then get the Unity log WinHttpReceiveResponse failed in OpenRequest in UTIM.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
