Most people will never need to use this service. The service provides an API to make specific queries to the CDR service via external tools using SOAP. I haven't ever actually seen anyone do this.<br><br>I'd leave it disabled unless you're rolling your own custom CDR application.<br>

<p>what is this service used for? I have it activated but it says it is not running and the RTMT is complaining about that. I've tried to start it, it says that it has started successfully but it is still not running.</p>
<p>Does it have any relation with the billing servers? I don't have any of them configured and we're only going to use CAR, is it necessary to use this service?</p>
