What you have below is how I would approach doing it.. I might try to get your MOH box to source the multicast stream instead of feeding it through a router though if you can. You might also be able to avoid needing an ACL to block multicast from CM if you just set the TTL on the multicast stream to "1" in the CM moh confg. I don't think you can avoid using multicast though without the usb audio adapter.<br>

On the main site, my customer would like to use live-feed music on hold box but they do not have USB Audio sound card. I am not able to connect this MoH box directely with CUCM server. But they have FXO card. I can use it on the gateway. But to get it work, I have to make this gateway as SRST and enable the multicasting on the voice VLAN and Cisco Voice gateway along with it I have to apply the Access lists to stop passing the Audio stream from the CUCM server. Enabling the multicasting and stopping specific traffic from main site Voice gateway is not acceptable at this sage. Do you think I can achieve same thing with some other ways? </span></p>
