Dear all,<br> <br>Does anyone here ever experience with Cisco Agent Desktop install on Terminal Server 2003?<br> <br>The problem is, when we view team from Cisco Supervisor Desktop some agent that login from terminal server is missing.<br>
<br>We already configure the option to use with terminal service (attached) that cisco recommend already but some agents still missing.<br> <br>Any help would be much appreciate.<br> <br>Thanks
