<font face="Times New Roman">Hi, i have a CUCM 6.1 installation and it

is integrated with a CRS 5.0 engine.<br>

It is configured and it is working fine.<br>

At some point, i configured an external ldap for the end users and i

had take my measures creating at the external ldap the crs admin user.<br>

But, after that i wan not able to log in the crs engine any more!<br>

After the users were synched with the ldap, i also gave this crs admin

user AXL api admin rights.<br>

I rebooted the crs server but nothing changed: the jtapi users have no

problem and so the cti ports were registered with the CUCM but i could

not have admin access to appadmin page of the CRS engine.<br>

Any ideas how this can be achieved?<br>
