Does anyone here ever experience with Cisco Agent Desktop install on Terminal
Server 2003?<br>
<br>
The problem is, when we view team from Cisco Supervisor Desktop some agent that
login from terminal server is missing.<br>
<br>
We already configure the option to use with terminal service (attached) that
cisco recommend already but some agents still missing.<br>
<br>
Any help would be much appreciate.<br>
