Hi James,
and thanks for your reply. I have tried this method once in the past
and it worked! But, i have some questions regarding this installation
because it is not a single node like the one in the past:

1. Generally, is this procedure risky?!!
2. This is a 2 node installation of IVRs: an active and a standby.
Shall i run this CET command from both servers? or i should set the
parameter FRESH INSTALL in both nodes from the same server?
3. In the wizard, i will press next for all steps and the installation
will be the same as it was?
4. So, i will see the users that call manager is getting from the ldap
and i will choose one of them

Thanks
Subject: [cisco-voip] CUCM with external LDAP and CRS

Hi, i have a CUCM 6.1 installation and it is integrated with
a CRS 5.0 engine.
It is configured and it is working fine.
At some point, i configured an external ldap for the end users and i
had take
my measures creating at the external ldap the crs admin user.
But, after that i wan not able to log in the crs engine any more!
After the users were synched with the ldap, i also gave this crs admin
user AXL
api admin rights.
I rebooted the crs server but nothing changed: the jtapi users have no
problem
and so the cti ports were registered with the CUCM but i could not have
admin
access to appadmin page of the CRS engine.
Any ideas how this can be achieved?

Regards
Anthony
