Hot lines are
done the same way on analog sets as you do ip sets.

create a partition: HotLine_ToShipping_PT

create a blank translation to the target DN, please it in
HotLine_ToShipping_PT

create a calling search space, HotLine_ToShipping_CSS

assign the above CSS to the device.

Alternatively (and I haven't
tested this yet) you can create a PLAR type config on the VG224 CLI. This should
enable ringdowns to work during SRST.

---
Lelio Fulgenzi,

anyone know how (CUCM 6.1) to setup a Hotline on an analog set connected via a
VGC? I saw the PLAR for the 7941/7961 sets but we have a set by our Shipping and
Receiving department that is an old analog (no dial on it) that is used for
after hours deliveries. On our old Nortel system we could do it. Just wondering
if there is a way to do it on our Cisco system. Thanks in advance Terry Terry
